Having catered and organized literally 1000’s of events they had some ideas about what works and what does not. As requests for renting a food truck without the catering became more frequent and went from renting for days to weeks and months and years they started to build out their own fleet of rental trucks, acquiring the expertise for builds and conversions as they did. Now, they fabricate a lot of trucks and trailers custom built for their customers, not just rental units.
