Vermont Food Venture Center

Vermont Food Venture Center is slated to become the future hub of the Commercial Kitchen and the Culinary Institute, spanning 12,000 square feet across three levels. The first floor will house meat cut rooms, a dry kitchen, and a wet kitchen, while providing rentable storage and potential office spaces for facility users. The kitchens are well-equipped with ovens, stove tops, food processors, steam kettles, fillers, blenders, mixers, peelers, and more, offering a comprehensive and state-of-the-art environment for culinary activities.
