The Next Step Kitchen

The Next Step Kitchen facility includes use of up to 4 various prep/baking stations that include one or more of the following ... 6-burner range, 36" grill top, two double convection ovens, a 20-qt stand mixer, a 60-qt floor mixer, freezer storage (limited space available) + cold storage + dry storage, and various small wares. Monthly membership is based on an hourly usage with a reasonable minimum that helps to cover the cost of maintenance, utilities, cleaning supplies and linens. Additional services such as cold storage, business consulting, and distribution support, along with features like 24/7 access, demo kitchen, and event space, make it a versatile and supportive environment for culinary innovation.
