The Kitchen Terminal offers flexible monthly rates based on the number of hours of usage:
20 – 25 hours: $700 – $875 per month
26 – 45 hours: $858 – $1,485 per month
46 – 65 hours: $1,426 – $2,015 per month
66 – 85 hours: $1,914 – $2,645 per month
For 85 or more hours, rates are negotiated separately.

The versatile space also offers fee-based rental storage facilities for dry storage, cold storage, and freezer storage. Equipped with a range of essential kitchen tools, such as induction cooktops, commercial ovens, convection ovens, tilt skillets, fryers, mixers, food processors, food slicers, charbroilers, and prep tables, TKT ensures that culinary professionals have the resources they need. Additionally, TKT extends its services beyond the kitchen with warehouse storage, business consulting, and additional cold, dry, and freezer storage options. The facility operates around the clock, providing 24-hour access for its clients.
