Spork Kitchens features 4 full workspaces and a half space, each named after a mother sauce (Bechamel, Veloute, Espagnole, Tomat, and Hollandaise). Renting a workspace provides access to common equipment, including a 10-burner gas range with 2 standard ovens, a 6-burner gas range with a 24" griddle and 2 standard ovens, a 36" gas chargrill, a 1-burner gas stock pot range with a kettle filler, a double-stack gas convection oven, compartment prep sinks, dishwash sinks, handwash sinks, an ice machine, stainless steel prep tables, overhead power, a heavy-duty can opener, utility cart, bus tubs, and a white poly cutting board. Additionally, storage space is available in dry, cold, and freezer storage on a monthly basis.
