Nolavore Commissary offers flexible pricing options for both part-time tenants and drop-in clients. Part-time tenants can secure a 6-month lease with rentals starting at $500 per month for 20 hours, up to $2000 for 80 hours per month. Additionally, storage shelves are available at $50 per month per shelf. Drop-in clients, especially those from out of the area, can avail services at $35 per hour with a 4-hour minimum, and overnight storage is available at $15 per shelf, per night. Business documentation, liability insurance, and certification requirements apply for both rental options.

Nolavore Commissary, a commercial kitchen facility located in the heart of New Orleans, is accepting applications for part time and full time tenants. Our fully licensed, 1000-square foot converted service station contains most standard kitchen equipment, such as an 8-burner range, convection and conventional ovens, charbroiler, 20 quart mixer, walk-in space, dry storage, pots, pans, utensils and more!
