The Local First Arizona Community Kitchen, situated near downtown Mesa, is a collaborative space spanning 2,500 square feet. It supports Local First's mission of fostering a sustainable, resilient, and culturally diverse Arizona economy. This fully equipped kitchen is available at a low cost for food entrepreneurs aiming to start or expand their businesses. Offering various storage options, two six-burner gas stoves, double stack convection ovens, a deep-fat fryer, stainless steel prep areas, ware washing stations, and a communal dining table for 25 seats, the space encourages entrepreneurial development and skills training. The goal is to advance a healthy, engaged culinary community, fostering inclusivity and creativity through food for generations to come.
