The facility boasts a comprehensive range of appliances, including Alto Shaam combi oven, Baxter double rack oven, Globe 20 qt. mixer, Hobart dishwashers, Vulcan ranges, griddles, chargrills, fryers, and a variety of other essential tools such as scales, food processors, slicers, mixers, and utensils.
