Equipment options include a range of essential tools such as refrigerators, freezers, prep stations, hand wash stations, 3-compartment sinks, prep sinks, work tables, and 6-burner range with a convection base. Optional equipment like tilt kettles, stand mixers (30qt), combi steamer/ovens, blast chillers, convection steamers, smokers, and more are also available for those requiring additional capabilities. For larger production needs, East End Kitchens provides Doyon Baking Ovens, tilting skillet braising pans, countertop griddles, and convection steamers.
