DER Kitchen, located in the 2500 block of Main Street, offers a convenient and fully equipped commercial kitchen for rent on an hourly basis. Catering to the needs of bakers, food truck operators, and caterers, this SCDHEC approved facility eliminates the need for building and equipping a commercial kitchen. The kitchen features distinct areas, including a Food Prep Area with essential equipment like an induction hot plate, RoboCoupe Food Processor, and stainless steel work tables, a Catering Kitchen Area equipped with an American Standard 6 Burner Range, natural gas convection ovens, and a 30-gallon gas tilting skillet, and a Baking Area complete with a Lang natural gas convection oven, a 20 Qt. stand mixer, and a proofer. This comprehensive setup caters to a variety of culinary needs in a convenient and approved base of operations.
