Delta Cuisine Commercial Kitchen

Delta Cuisine will provide food entrepreneurs and small businesses with a licensed commercial-grade kitchen facility in which to develop and expand their culinary enterprises. The facility is located at ASU Mid-South Community College in West Memphis AR. Staff resources will include professionals in the fields of food science and nutrition, small business technical assistance, and marketing, branding and promotion. Delta Cuisine will provide the licensed space and equipment, technical assistance, cooperative buying and marketing opportunities, and professional expertise to these food entrepreneurs and small businesses so that they can scale-up their current enterprises, access new markets, expand and create additional jobs, and foster a growing entrepreneurial environment in the Arkansas Delta and Mid-South region.
